The Outreach Center is the location for several programs for Pet Professionals - Veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians, Animal Control Officers, and Shelters or if
you want additional information on what PetSafe is doing to promote animal welfare.

Donation Program
We are proud to partner with many diverse animal shelters, rescue organizations, spay and neuter clinics and animal welfare agencies across the country.  In order to receive a donation, an Invisible Fence Brand by PetSafe dealer will conduct a personal lunch-and-learn presentation to your agency. We collected the latest information about static stimulation to help answer questions like: Will this hurt my dog? How strong is it? Does it work? What can they be used for? Veterinary Test Drive

Animal Control Officers
The ACO Program aids ACOs and pet owners in avoiding situations where owners relinquish pets to shelters based on nuisance-barking behavioral problems by providing free Bark Control Collars to the ACOs to lend to pet owners to try. Learn More
Shelter Bark Control
In an effort to help animal shelters avoid pets being relinquished due to nuisance barking complaints, we created the Shelter Bark Control Program which offers free Deluxe Bark Control collars to help solve nuisance barking issues. Learn More
